Romantic House in Marrakech

The house French designer and decorator Jean-Louis Raynaud and his American colleague Kenyon Kramer bought had once belonged to an important Berber official. It had beautiful details but years of neglect had taken their toll. Now the cool marbled courtyard, planted with orange trees, again welcomes the visitor with the sounds of a fountain and singing birds. And the house is refuge of peace within the bustling city.
